Rooks sworn in as new Peoria Unified school board member

Peoria Unified governing board member-elect Heather Rooks has been sworn in.

She will take her seat as a new board member at the first governing board meeting of 2023, Jan. 5.

Rooks is one of two new school baord members recently elected to the board of five.
