Republican files election complaint against Peoria Unified school board candidate

A West Valley Republican is alleging a Peoria Unified School District governing board candidate filed invalid signatures in her nomination petition.

Eileen Mueller, a former West Valley precinct chair, has filed an election challenge claiming candidate Natalee Sticht has insufficient signatures to qualify for the ballot.

The claim states she filed 96 invalid signatures from people who were not qualified electors, or not registered to vote in the electoral district of the candidate.
