A No Labels party candidate running for 8th Congressional District has withdrawn his candidacy after a group of three residents filed a complaint with Arizona Superior Court April 6 alleging he submitted invalid signatures in his nomination petition.
Stuart Thaler, Vicki Parrulli and Annarose Lilly claimed Jessie Martines did not meet the minimum number of valid signatures required by law to be on the July 21 primary ballot.
Lilly is the Democratic Party Chair of Legislative District 28, which is part of CD 8.
