Scottsdale will celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander cultures with a special festival in late November.
Panda Fest, which takes place at the Salt River Fields at Talking Stick from Nov. 21-23, will feature over 120 asian food vendors, over 30 artisans and more, according to a press release. The event has food and entertainment offerings inspired by China, Japan, Korean, Vietnam, Thailand and more.
The event is the last stop in a multi-city tour that has included cities such as Boston, Charlotte, Seattle, Atlanta, Philadelphia and more. The entertainment offerings included authentic and fusion food vendors, as well as a curated marketplace of more than 30 artists offering clothing, accessories, crafts and more. There will also be traditional arts like sugar painting and calligraphy as well as modern K-pop dance routings, theatrical performances, lion dances and more.
A 15-foot inflatable panda will take center stage at the event, surrounded by a panda bounce ring, themed sweets, games, souvenirs and more.
Salt River Fields at Talking Stick is located at 7555 N. Pima Road.
