A real estate investment group recently acquired the Scottsdale Quarter and plans to invest $100 million in improvements to the mixed-use destination.
FalconEye Ventures acquired the 755,000 square-foot open-air shopping center that encompasses dining, retail, office and residential components. According to a press release, FalconEye will utilize Vestar, a leading owner and operator of open-air shopping centers across the West Coast, to help oversee operations at the property.
The press release says that a $100 million capital improvement program is planned to elevate the property’s positioning within the luxury retail sector as well as expanding its Class-A office offerings to cater to technology and creative industry tenants. This will be done through tenant curation, experiential retail concepts and infrastructure enhancements.
Implementation of the improvement program is scheduled to begin in late 2025. The press release says that implementation will occur in phases designed to minimize disruption to existing tenants and visitors.
Scottsdale Quarter is located at 15059 N. Scottsdale Road. For more information, visit scottsdalequarter.com/.
