A 163,111 square-foot medical outpatient building in Scottsdale sold to a local real estate investment company for $44.58 million, according real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.
The two-story building, located on 7373 N. Scottsdale Boulevard, is situated on 8.70 acres and features 720 parking spaces and was originally built in 1984, according to a press release.
At the close of sale, the building was 78% leased with 66% of that medical and 34% of it office space. Services offered include oncology, opthalmology, primary care and cardiology.
