During these unprecedented times, Shea Homes is working diligently to provide an alternative to in-person home tours in order to meet the needs of community members searching for their new home.
Shea Homes is offering prospective residents unique solutions to explore new homes and proceed with their home-buying plans while adhering to social distancing guidelines and all other state and federal recommendations, according to a release.
Virtual tours are now available for the four model homes in Shea Homes Arizona’s new community – Reserves Estates at Eastmark.
Set in Mesa’s Eastmark master plan, Reserves Estates at Eastmark will include 39 homesites across 15 acres on the southwest corner of Ray Road and Signal Butte Road.
The Reserves Estates will range from approximately 3,078-3,983 square feet and three to six bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 baths. Four unique single-story floorplans offer large three- to four-car garages and covered patios, and optional upgrades include rolling walls of glass, casitas and guest suites, and exterior patio fireplaces. These new homes also have larger lots with 90-foot wide homesites, the release states.
“This new Shea community will offer some of our most well-received floorplans in one of the Valley’s most desirable developments,” Ken Peterson, Shea Homes Arizona VP of sales and marketing, said in the release. “Buyers looking for space and a true sense of community should definitely take advantage of our virtual tours and explore our new Eastmark community.”
Shea Homes is taking this time to collaborate with guests, prospective buyers and employees to create a home-buying experience during a time when social distancing is in place.
In an effort to continually deliver exceptional service and follow health and safety guidelines, virtual tours are available in addition to contactless, self-guided visits; scheduled by appointment only, following thorough phone screenings.
