Metro Creative Connection
The Queen Creek Town Council approved recommending a state liquor license for a new Over Easy restaurant.
Posted
The Queen Creek Town Council has forwarded a recommendation of approval to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for a new restaurant.
The council approved forwarding the recommendation at its May 20 meeting.
The application for a Series 012 Restaurant Liquor License was submitted by Jeffrey Craig Miller on behalf of Over Easy located at 37584 N. Gantzel Road. The restaurant currently is under construction.
A Series 012 is a non-transferable, on-sale retail privileges liquor license that allows the holder of a restaurant license to sell and serve all types of liquor for consumption at an establishment that genereates at least 40% of its gross revenue from the sale of food.
The Queen Creek Police Department found no issues with the application.
