A nationally known children’s clothing store opens next month at the Queen Creek Marketplace.
Vestar, developer of the shopping district at 21398 S. Ellsworth Loop Road, announced Wednesday that a Carter’s will open at the site on Thursday, Nov. 21.
Carter’s, known for its baby, toddler and children’s apparel, will occupy a 4,100-square-foot space, a press release from Vestar stated.
On Monday, the latest addition to the center, First Watch, opened. The restaurant, located on a 4,500 square foot site, serves breakfast, lunch and brunch.
First Watch and Carter’s bring Queen Creek Marketplace’s occupancy rate to 98%, the release continued.
Queen Creek Marketplace is home to anchors Target and Trader Joe's, and features 900,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment options. It is also home to Harkins Theatres, Dave & Buster's, Total Wine and more.
“Queen Creek Marketplace continues to be a top destination for Arizona families, and we are committed to bringing a diverse range of retailers to this rapidly growing community,” Angie Kory, vice president of leasing at Vestar, stated in the release.
Queen Creek Marketplace neighbors Vestar’s other two other under-construction projects in town, Vinyard Towne Center and Queen Creek Crossing.
They are part of five developments Vestar is building in the Valley, including Verrado Marketplace in Buckeye, Laveen Towne Center in Phoenix and the Shops at Lake Pleasant in Peoria.
