Annexation, rezoning requests for parking lot go to Queen Creek council

The proposed 0.72-acre parking lot would be located immediately north of Carder Development’s office building on Ellsworth Road.

The Queen Creek Town Council is set to vote on a request to annex a small parcel of Maricopa County land that will allow a local real estate development firm to expand its parking lot.

The council will take up the matter, along with a concurrent rezoning request, at its Wednesday meeting.
