Aide makes Queen Creek Junior High library a comfort zone

At Queen Creek Junior High, the library serves as a community gathering space where students can discover new stories and develop a deep appreciation for reading.

At the heart of that experience is library media aide Cheryl Morris, whose passion for books and dedication to helping students find the right story have inspired countless readers.

Morris has helped create an environment where students feel comfortable spending time before school and during lunch. Whether they’re working on homework, putting together a puzzle, reading, playing games or participating in a quick craft activity, students are encouraged to make the library their own.
