Jabz Boxing spars its way to Peoria

Jabz Boxing announced a new franchise location coming soon to Peoria.

Jabz is known for its full-body, circuit-style workout that uses boxing-inspired exercises designed specifically for women.

The new location, owned by franchisee Christina Peregrym who also owns a venue in Phoenix, will be located at 24681 N. Lake Pleasant Pkwy., in the Sunrise Promenade center.

The build-out is set to begin later this year and slated to open in early 2020.

Jabz Boxing Peoria will offer different daily workouts designed for women of all fitness levels.

“When I opened my first studio in Happy Valley, I was beyond excited to empower women in the area. Now, seeing how the location has impacted the community, I’m thrilled to be opening an additional location in Peoria” Ms. Peregrym said in a news release. “So far, the news about Jabz coming to Peoria has been well-received and I’ve already had a chance to connect with several women who are eager to join the future Jabz community in Peoria.”

Jabz Boxing offers intense, boxing-inspired full-body workouts to help clients achieve their fitness goals. The results-driven workouts and a strong sense of community resonate with women of all ages and fitness levels, the release said. Jabz classes are kept small to encourage an individual and positive workout experience. All classes are led by certified instructors who offer one-on-one support for all members.

“We are excited to be expanding into Peoria, and Christina is the perfect person to lead the charge,” Jabz Boxing Co-founder and CEO Kimberlee White said in the release. “We have no doubt in her ability to support and inspire members and spread the Jabz message with women in Peoria.”

Since beginning franchising in 2013, Jabz Boxing grew to over 20 Arizona locations before deciding to expand nationally in 2019. Since the end of last year, they have opened locations in Voorhees, New Jersey; Ridley Park, Pennsylvania; and have three more east coast locations in development. Jabz Boxing plans to increase its nationwide footprint by entering markets such as Denver, Dallas/Fort Worth and Las Vegas.

As the fitness studio concept continues to rapidly expand into key markets across the United States, Jabz Boxing is actively seeking qualified franchisees who are passionate about fitness and entrepreneurship to join its system and bring the Jabz culture of female empowerment to their local communities.
