6 candidates on ballot for 3 open seats on Peoria Unified governing board

Six candidates are on the ballot for the the Peoria Unified School District governing board election

The candidates are: Janelle Bowles, recent PUSD graduate Mikah Dyer, former PUSD teacher Melissa Girmscheid, current PUSD President Rebecca Proudfit, PUSD parent Jeffrey Tobey and current PUSD board clerk David Sandoval.

There will be three seats open on the board come January 2025, each to be voted on in the Nov. 5 general election.
