School Cents program comes to Scottsdale Fashion Square

Macerich owners, operators and developers of retail and mixed-use properties is expanding its School Cents, a community-driven rewards program that turns everyday shopping into meaningful support for local schools, to the Scottsdale Fashion Square mall.

The program runs through March 31, 2027, according to a press release.

For every purchase made at Scottsdale Fashion Square shoppers earn points for their designated school by uploading their receipts through the new School Cents app or website.
The more receipts shoppers upload, the more points their schools can earn. Bonus points opportunities will be available during special promotions throughout the program year for shopping at certain stores, attending mall events, engaging in holiday activations and more.

Up to 10 schools are expected to participate this year, each competing for a piece of $15,000, based on the points they accumulate.
