Old Town Scottsdale site to become Terry Black’s BBQ

Terry Black’s BBQ is making its first foray into the Arizona market with the purchase of 3925 N. Brown Ave., in Old Town Scottsdale.

Scottsdale-based LevRose Commercial Real Estate has completed the $11.2 million sale of 3925 N. Brown Ave., to Terry Black’s BBQ.

LevRose Partners Danielle Davis, Branden Mondragon and Trent McCullough represented the sellers in the transaction, according to a press release.
