STEM Saturday at HD South features hands‑on activities

HD South will host a STEM Saturday event featuring plenty of interactive projects.

HD South will host its next STEM Saturday program on Jan. 31, offering hands-on science and technology activities led by students and staff from Gilbert Classical Academy.

The event is scheduled from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and will feature interactive projects including 3D printing with pens and printers, computer‑aided design using Tinkercad, and experiments involving Makey Makey technology.

The activities will be guided by AP teacher Karen Maas and her STEM students.
