SunCap Property Group and Inclenberg Investments have broken ground on the final building at Gilbert Spectrum Business Park, capping a decade-long development effort in the town’s industrial sector.
The ceremony took place last month at the Gilbert site. The 101,000-square-foot speculative industrial building will be the eighth and final structure in the master-planned business park. Construction is being led by Graycor, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
Less & Associates Arizona will oversee leasing for the building. The park was designed by Balmer Architectural Group and features painted concrete walls in Southwest earth tones, glass and steel entry accents, and skylights. Bowman served as the civil engineering partner throughout the project.
