The Schillne Retail Team of Orion Investment Real Estate has secured a lease to bring The Mick Brasserie to Higley Commons, a mixed-use development in Gilbert.
The team represented tenant Essex Hospitality in the deal for the restaurant, which will be located at 3071 E. Ray Road. The concept is based on a modern take on a traditional French brasserie.
The Mick Brasserie, which is operating in Scottsdale, will occupy about 4,400 square feet, along with a patio space, within the Higley Commons development. The project includes 276 apartment units and ground-floor retail near the Agritopia area. The restaurant is anticipatedto open in the first quarter of 2027.
