On average, the paratransit vehicles only carry two passengers, giving riders plenty of space and comfort. ADA Regional Paratransit Service vehicle drivers are trained to accommodate ADA-eligible passengers.
This upgraded program will replace the RideChoice pilot program that has been offered to Glendale residents since July 2024. After low usage of the pilot program, according to Glendale city figures, it will expire on June 30.
To purchase Regional ADA Paratransit Service tickets, contact Valley Metro at 602-716-2100. For information about this service, visit Valley Metro at ADA Paratransit | Valley Metro.
