Power Ranch Golf Club, an 18-hole golf course in Gilbert, sold June 23 for $17.1 million as part of a three-property golf course portfolio transaction totaling $57 million across Maricopa County, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.
The buyer was an entity affiliated with The Walden Group. The seller was an entity affiliated with Thompson Golf Group.
The acquisition included approximately 181.4 acres at 4415 E. Village Parkway. Financing for the transaction included $15 million in equity and new debt provided by Davidson Kempner.
