HD South will host Debra McVay on Saturday, June 7 for a children's art workshop that capitalizes  on their inner world.

"Art of the Imagination" begins with children being guided through a calming visualization that encourages relaxation, imagination, and self-expression.

After the guided journey, they will paint what they visualized, turning their inner world into meaningful artwork.

Visualization helps children build focus, reduce stress, and boost creativity and imagination — all while having fun and expressing themselves through art.

The workshop is for ages 9-13. It runs from 10:30 a.m.-noon. It is free. Registration required.  Space is limited.
