Country-pop artist Carly Klein will close Gilbert's fall Concerts in the Park series with a free performance Oct. 29 at Water Tower Plaza.
The concert is scheduled from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and marks the final performance in the town's October outdoor music series. Residents are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs and enjoy an evening of live music in Gilbert's Heritage District.
Klein's music blends country influences with pop melodies and personal storytelling. According to her artist biography, she began writing songs at age 6, learned guitar as a child and performed her first public show at age 12. Since then, she has appeared at wineries, festivals and community events, building a following through her relatable lyrics and approachable stage presence.
The Oct. 29 show concludes a four-concert lineup that featured Velvet Crush, Poor Barbie and Gilbert singer-songwriter Rylee Paige. The series highlights local and regional musicians while providing free, family-friendly entertainment in the community.
Concerts in the Park takes place at Water Tower Plaza, 45 W. Page Ave., in downtown Gilbert. Attendees may bring outside food or purchase takeout from nearby restaurants to enjoy during the performance.
