Gilbert students invited to join youth advisory group

Applications are open for Gilbert's Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee.

Gilbert is accepting applications for its Mayor’s Youth Advisory Committee for the 2026–27 program year, according to a June 16 announcement.

The program gives high school students an opportunity to gain experience in local government while working with community leaders and peers on issues affecting residents.

Participants provide feedback to town leadership, take part in service projects and civic engagement activities, and develop leadership and communication skills.
