Gilbert Public Schools is taking a data-driven approach to evaluate and improve its English language learning program through a partnership with Harvard University’s Strategic Data Project.
The initiative, led by GPS data strategist Justine Ingram, aims to assess the program’s effectiveness and establish a framework for evaluating other districtwide initiatives.
During the Feb. 25 governing board meeting, Ingram detailed the program’s evolution, explaining that it originally began as an effort to build data literacy across the district.
