Gilbert Public Schools is transforming its professional development with an innovative program called “Collaborative Coaching Hour,” designed to support teachers, improve classroom instruction, and enhance student learning.

Presented during the Dec. 17 board meeting, the initiative highlights GPS's commitment to fostering growth and collaboration among educators.

Julie Oster, the district’s director of professional growth and development, introduced the program to the board.
