Gilbert Town Council will be tying up loose ends as it meets Tuesday for the final time in fiscal year 2024-25.
Council will hold public hearings on three items that it previously continued, two of which staff and the Gilbert Planning Commission have recommended for denial.
The applicant for Modera Gabriella Pointe proposes a mixed-use development with 335 residential units and 15,000 square feet of commercial space on 14.99 acres at Higley Road and Elona Drive. The plan includes rezoning 10.53 acres from regional commercial to multifamily/high density and retaining 4.46 acres as commercial.
