A single-tenant retail property occupied by Chipotle Mexican Grill in Gilbert has sold for $3.5 million, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.
The property, located at 6225 S. Higley Road, was purchased June 2 by an entity associated with Lucas Hayes, doing business as ShadowVest. The seller traces to Bruce L. Goldman. No debt was recorded with the transaction.
The site includes a 2,395-square-foot freestanding restaurant built in 2025 on approximately 1.26 acres. The building includes a drive-thru and is designed for a single tenant.
