Gilbert child care center sells for $2.25M

An entity tracing to Blake Miraglia purchased the property at 3636 S. Atherton Blvd. in Gilbert for $2.25 million on Aug. 1, 2025, from an entity tracing to Kristina Reese, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.

The transaction included $1.7 million in new financing from Standard Insurance Co.

The property consists of a 7,656-square-foot child care center built in 2004 on a 1-acre site zoned neighborhood commercial, according to assessor records.
