Flo Realty Gilbert acquired an 87,232-square-foot industrial building in Gilbert for $15.27 million as an owner-user.

Pete Klees and Rick Danis of Kidder Mathews brokered the transaction on the building at 1150 N. Fiesta Blvd., Gilbert.

“We initially marketed the property for lease, but the strong interest from buyers prompted us to pivot to a dual strategy, allowing us to capitalize on both leasing and purchase opportunities,” Klees said in a release.

The property’s strategic location in Gilbert, near major corporate neighbors such as Northrop Grumman/Orbital, Amazon, Empire Machinery, Wingcopter, and Amphenol Technologies, enhances its appeal to industrial users.

With its heavy electrical capacity and flexible infrastructure, the facility is well-suited for manufacturing and industrial operations.
