The Rex Hoffman trust acquired property Aug. 19 from an entity tracing to Diversified Partners for $3.81 million with a  20-year lease with 7-11 that expires  in January 20244 with four, five-year options to extend, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.

The property at 3745 S. Val Vista Drive has a 4,600-square-foot gas station and convenience store. The one building was built in 2024 on 1.86 acres.
