Farmer Boys expands with new Gilbert restaurant

Posted

Farmer Boys, the farm-to-table restaurant chain known for its  burgers, hand-chopped salads, specialty sandwiches and all-day breakfast,  has opened its second Gilbert location.

“As someone who has been a Farmer Boys franchisee for over 15 years, I am honored to continue growing with the Farmer Boys brand,” franchisee Omar Mawas said in a release, “The experience has been incredibly gratifying."

Located at 3309 S. Val Vista Dr., the new restaurant is open daily 6 a.m. to midnight and offers dine-in, drive-thru, and online ordering services.

Mawas plans to open additional Arizona restaurants later this year.

“Arizona continues to be an incredible growth market for us, and we’re proud to open another location in Gilbert,” said John Lucas, vice president franchise development of Farmer Boys. “Omar has been a tremendous brand ambassador from day one, embodying our commitment to farm-fresh food and heartfelt hospitality. His dedication has helped us deepen our connection with the community, and we’re excited to continue growing alongside him.”

Farmer Boys is actively developing new restaurants in California, Arizona, and Nevada.
