Retail property in Gilbert sells for $1 million

A retail property at 792 N. Gilbert Road in Gilbert sold for $1 million on July 31, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.

According to transaction records, a trust associated with Victor and Laura Conti purchased the property from a trust associated with Beverly Kent.

The property consists of a 6,510-square-foot retail building situated on approximately 0.99 acres. The building was constructed in 1995 and includes 37 parking spaces.
