Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, a fast-casual restaurant concept, opened Sept. 15, at 3536 S. Power Road, Gilbert.

Freddy’s serves cooked-to-order steakburgers, all-beef hot dogs, shoestring fries and frozen custard treats made with freshly churned chocolate or vanilla frozen custard.

It is the fourth Gilbert location for franchise owner Craig Newman.
