Tri Pointe Homes has started construction on Lusitano, a new community planned for 76 single-family homesites at the southwest corner of Pecos and Greenfield roads in Gilbert.
The approximately 40-acre development will include 65 standard homesites and 11 oversized homesites. Model homes are expected to open Jan. 21, 2027.
