An assisted living facility in Gilbert sold Sept. 11 for $2.57 million, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.

The property, known as Estancia Assisted Living at Elgin Ranch, is located at 16543 E. Elgin St. The buyer is an entity tracing to Ashton Godfrey, while the seller is an entity tracing to Jeremi Brewer and Rebecca Brewer.

The transaction included $4.74 million in cross-collateralized debt through First International Bank & Trust.
