Nearly five years after the murder of a Gilbert man, the family and friends of the slain business owner are rallying to demand justice.
Cordova’s wife and mother were among the people who addressed the Gilbert Town Council at its meeting last week, urging the Gilbert Police Department to make an arrest, while Police Chief Michael Soelberg addressed the case before the public comment period opened.
Cordova, the owner of Gilbert Air, was killed in May 2020 at his place of business while on a FaceTime call with his children. Despite years of investigation, no arrests have been made.
