Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers will open its 18th Arizona location at 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 26, at 1026 S. Gilbert Road, Gilbert, in Gilbert Town Square.
Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, from Square One Concepts, delivers its burgers made from a scratch kitchen to the East Valley. Menu features include the All-American Burger and Stadium Char Dogs along with an assortment of 150 beers on a rotating menu.
This location will distinctively have the Shake & Bake counter for custom milkshakes and ice cream cookie sandwiches, a holdover from the previous Square One Concepts restaurant at the location, Famous 66 American Tavern.

Also, a holdover from Famous 66, this location will feature the first ever Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers Car Shows on the first Tuesday of every month.
The first car show is set for Jan. 7. All makes and models are welcome with no registration required.
