An entity affiliated with Bond Street REIT purchased The Shops at Civic Center in Gilbert on March 27 for $10.8 million, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.

The seller was an entity affiliated with Hang T‑Jackie Phan and others. No debt was recorded in connection with the transaction.
