South Chandler eatery to be replaced by Brunch Snob

Posted

BLD owner Jackson Armstrong recently told the blog Mouth by Mouthwest that the Germann-and-Dobson eatery closed to sell it to a couple that plans to open it as a new Brunch Snob location.

Brunch Snob owners Celene and Keith Hillsbery currently have locations in Ahwatukee and uptown Phoenix. The south Chandler location aims for a Nov. 1 opening.

Armstrong partnered with former Arizona Diamondbacks pitching coach Mike Butcher in owning south Chandler restaurant Ginger Monkey, which was recently renamed “Off87.”

Armstrong and his wife, Monique, also own Pour Decisions Patio & Kitchen in Old Town Scottsdale.
