The Bower is hosting the grand opening of two new single-family communities in downtown Chandler on Saturday, Jan. 18.
The Bower San Marcos and The Bower Arbor Square feature 31 single-family homes for sale within walking distance from vibrant downtown Chandler.
With prices starting in the high $500,000s range, San Marcos and Arbor Square offer potential residents three two-story floor plans ranging from 1,881 to 2,408 square feet, three to four bedrooms, and 2.5 or three bathrooms.

The Bower is hosting the grand opening of two new single-family communities in downtown Chandler on Saturday, Jan. 18.

The Bower's grand-opening event Saturday will be at the Bower San Marcos from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., overlapping with part of the city of Chandler's nearby Multicultural Festival.
The Bower San Marcos is on the northwest corner of Galveston and Hartford streets.
The event will allow prospective buyers to tour a newly furnished model home, enjoy a complimentary charcuterie spread and enter a prize raffle.
