This month’s gathering will be taught by Vickie Aigner, founder of Alive, Fit and Free. Attendees will be taught exercises that don’t feel like workouts — for both the mind and body.
The Golden Neighbors program was created as a resource to connect Chandler “golden” seniors with services offered by the city and local partners. For more information about the program, or to make a donation, visit chandleraz.gov/GoldenNeighbors.
