Located near Loop 101, the industrial property offers efficient access to regional transportation corridors and features two office areas, 18-foot clear height warehouse space, two truck-well loading doors, two grade-level doors, and a private fenced yard. Constructed in 1997, the tilt-concrete building is designed to support a variety of industrial and manufacturing operations.
North Metal and Chemical Co. acquired the property as part of its continued growth throughout the Metro Phoenix market. The company is relocating operations from a smaller leased facility in Queen Creek to the newly purchased Tempe location, providing additional capacity and a more centralized position within the Valley.
