New office complete at The Beam on Farmer in Tempe

Posted

Wespac Construction recently announced the completion of Offerpad Solutions’ new office space on the fifth floor of The Beam on Farmer, Tempe’s mass timber office building at 433 S. Farmer Ave.

This first-generation tenant improvement delivers a high-performance workspace that balances modern functionality with the building’s distinctive architectural character, a press release stated.

Designed with flexibility and collaboration in mind, the 39,895-square-foot office features executive offices along the perimeter, open workspaces, multiple break areas, and dedicated collaboration zones.

Employees can also enjoy a golf simulation room, a spacious training area and two single-use unisex restrooms — all seamlessly integrated into the office’s dynamic layout, the release detailed.

One of the project’s defining features is its raised access flooring system, a strategic solution that conceals mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems beneath while maintaining the visual integrity of The Beam’s exposed mass timber structure.

This approach preserves the natural beauty of the building while supporting a clean, contemporary aesthetic, according to the release.

Ian Wright, project manager at Wespac Construction, said in the release that it’s been incredible to see the project come together, and Offerpad’s new office fits the company’s vision while complementing The Beam’s character.

“The combination of smart design, quality craftsmanship, and innovative solutions — like the raised access flooring, really makes this space stand out,” Wright said.
