Cox Communications cut the ribbon April 1 on its new retail store located at 1320 W. Elliot Road in Tempe.
This new retail store will provide Tempe residents and those in surrounding communities with direct access to Cox equipment, accessories, interactive product demos and the expertise to answer any questions from customers, a press release stated.
The store will also feature Cox Mobile, offering the latest devices and customizable service plans from Cox.
Customers can also pay their bills and learn about Cox’s low-cost internet programs for those who are eligible, including Connect2Compete for families with school-age children and ConnectAssist for seniors, veterans and members of the military, the release explained.
“These physical locations give us an opportunity to connect personally with our customers and to ensure they have convenient access to our newest and best technology products. We are thrilled to be adding location in Tempe,” Susan Anable, Cox Phoenix Market Vice President, stated in the release.
