Lisa Weide, of Professional Community Services, will present the session, where attendees will learn the following:

  • When a fiduciary may be needed.
  • What responsibilities fiduciaries hold.
  • How to select the right person or professional.

This workshop will provide guidance for families and caregivers to help protect themselves or loved ones.

“As life circumstances change, it’s important to understand the safeguards a fiduciary can provide,” Weide said. “This workshop gives families the tools they need to make thoughtful, informed decisions.”
