Surprise server helps revive art of good service

Kurt and Sam Ramstine eat lunch at the Surprise Red Lobster at Bell Road and Grand Avenue every week.

It’s not far from their home in The Grand, and they like the fact their favorite server, Andrea, will guess what they want even before they sit down.

“She always knows what we want and has some of it ready when we walk in the door,” Sam said.
