Freedom Traditional Academy ranks seventh among 1,367 K-8 schools in Arizona, according to the recently released state accountability labels.

Freedom, which also earned an “A”-rating, will be accepting enrollment applications for the 2025-26 school year beginning on Thursday, Nov. 14 at Dysart.org/Enroll.

The school at 16066 N. Parkview Place also touts the highest test scores among schools in Surprise and El Mirage for the third year in a row.

Several upcoming events are planned for parents that would like to learn more, see the campus and have their questions answered.

First, a Future Kinder Night is scheduled at 5:30 pm on Thursday, Dec. 5 for those with incoming kindergarten students.

Additionally, the school will host a Prospective Parent Open House at 5:30 pm on Thursday, Jan. 16 for prospective K-8 families. Both events will be held on campus.

Enrollment assistance is also available at the school office during regular business hours by calling 623-523-8650.

The early bird application deadline for those wanting to be included in the first round of application reviews is Sunday, Dec. 8.

After this date, applications will continue to be accepted and reviewed based on space availability.
