Surprise is hosting another guided tour of its xeriscape garden with its master gardeners or water conservation staff.
Residents can learn about the plants from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6 at Water Education Center, 16126 N. Civic Center Plaza.
The tours will teach about the advantages of native or desert-adapted plants while seeing their beauty firsthand.
Register for a tour at surpriseaz.gov/waterworkshops. It is not required, but it is helpful for the city’s presenters.
For questions, email conservewater@surpriseaz.gov, or call 623-222-7159.
