Surprise P&Z approves Big O Tires service facility

A new Big O Tires minor vehicle service facility is coming to the northwest corner of Grand Avenue and Mountain View Boulevard.

The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission on May 15 approved a conditional-use permit with site plan for a Big O minor vehicle service facility.

“I think this is a good location,” Chair Jared Holland said before the commission’s unanimous vote to approve it. “I was wondering when something was going in there. I like the way it’s fitting. I think it’s a good place.”
