Surprise P&Z approves 2 eateries in Asante Trails center

Eating options in northwest Surprise are about to become even more expanded.

A Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission approved permits for two already existing restaurants in Surprise but their first in the Asante area.

A Chipotle and a Farmer Boys restaurant are coming to the new Asante Trails shopping center on the southwest corner of 163rd Avenue and Pat Tillman Boulevard. Commissioners approved conditional use permits with site plan for each restaurant at its May 7 meeting.
